Outdoors New Zealand hosted the inaugural International Outdoors Recreation and Education Conference, known as 'The Confluence', in January 2008. Lasting four days and involving over 350 people, it was a very entertaining and rewarding experience and received excellent feedback.
The intention is to organise another international outdoors recreation and education conference in September 2013.
